About

Two people, one quiet room

A small studio, so you see the same faces each time.

  • Alexandra Crawford, a licensed acupuncturist with her hair tied back, in a cream cardigan, leaning in the doorway of a quiet treatment room

    Alexandra Crawford

    Acupuncturist and owner

    • Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) · SC Lic. 000000

Alexandra sees every acupuncture client herself. She tells you where each needle will go before it goes in, and she keeps the room quiet.

  • Beulah Shepherd, a licensed esthetician with grey locs pinned up, in a sage green tunic, folding a towel beside a treatment table

    Beulah Shepherd

    Esthetician, part time

    • Licensed Esthetician · SC Lic. 000000

Beulah is in the studio on Thursdays and Saturdays, for gua sha, facial massage and a skin talk with nothing to buy.

Why the studio is small

We would rather know your name than fill a calendar.

Celadon began with a plain question: what would facial acupuncture look like if it were explained honestly? So we explain it first, and we say what it is not. Alexandra and Beulah work in one room, one client at a time, with time to talk before anything begins.

We do not sell products, packages or promises. We suggest a rhythm of visits, and you decide.
